OUTBOARD 10" SPACER
KITS are installed
between the lower gear
case and the mid section
of your outboard motor.
This converts a 30"
motor to a 35"
allowing the motor to
be mounted higher on
the transom, keeping
the motor power head
clear of any potential
back splash. By removing
the stock 5" spacer
and installing the Latham
10" spacer kit,
you can make the conversion
without the need to
stack spacers and performing
costly shaft extensions.
Spacer kits are available
for the MERCURY VERADO®
and the YAMAHA 4
STROKE® outboard
motors and include the
spacer, shaft, all the
studs, nuts, water tube
extension, shifter extension
and the speedo extension
hose and fitting.
